Rhonda Rand, M.D. F.A.A.D.

Dr. Rhonda Rand is a leading, board certified, Harvard trained dermatologist with over 20 years experience in private practice.  LA Magazine and the Los Angeles Times have consistently chosen Dr. Rand as one of LA's "Best Doctors".  She has been a principal investigator in multiple clinical trials for cosmetic injectables and cosmetic toxins.  Her office is located in Beverly Hills, California where she specializes in cosmetic dermatology, laser dermatology, skin cancer surgery and medical dermatology.

Unlike many medi-spas and other medical practices, Dr. Rand personally performs most of the procedures offered by her office.  She takes pride in her work and understands that her patients are here to see her and provides them all with individualized care. 

Dr. Rand was an Assistant Clinical Professor at UCLA where she taught cosmetic dermatology to the residents in training.  She served as Chief of Dermatology at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center from January 2005 until December 2008.  She holds memberships in the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, American Academy of Dermatology, Dermatology Foundation, Noah Worcester Dermatological Society,  LA Metropolitan Dermatological Society, California Medical Association, Los Angeles Medical Association, and the Association of Ringside Physicians.  

Dr. Rand graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California at Berkeley and went on to Harvard Medical School.  After graduating, she completed her medical internship at Mt. Sinai Hospital in New York City and returned to Harvard Medical School for her residency in dermatology.  Dr. Rand has published numerous papers and contributed articles for books on diseases of the skin, hair and nails.

Dezeri Navarro, MMS, PA-C

Certified Physician Assistant

Dezeri Navarro is a California State licensed and National Board Certified Physician Assistant, specializing in medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology.

In 2009, Dezeri Navarro began working for Dr. Rand while she was a premedical undergraduate student at the University of California Los Angeles. During this time, she assisted Dr. Rand with all patient visits and developed her passion for dermatology.

Dezeri graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology in 2011 and continued working for Dr. Rand. She became the office study coordinator for FDA Clinical Trials.

In July of 2014, she left to attend Stanford University’s Physician Assistant program. After graduating with a Masters of Medical Science in June of 2016, she returned to Dr. Rand’s practice as a board certified dermatology Physician’s Assistant. Dezeri treats all dermatology conditions, prescribes medication, and performs surgery and many of the cosmetic procedures in the office.

Her office hours are as early as 7:30 AM and as late as 7:30 PM. Dezeri is an incredible addition to our staff and is dedicated to providing her patients with the highest standard of dermatological care.
